Staying true to Farm to Plate principles, our own 10 acre farm provides the Kitchen with ethically raised livestock and organically grown produce. Our meals celebrate the “merroir” of the Pacific west coast and we strive to support local & regional fishermen, crabbers, oystermen, farmers, food and drink producers.
Meals paired with the finest wines are to be savoured at the Kitchen. Reservations are suggested. The restaurant uses a “Wait List” which doesn’t require you to stand in line for a table once you have checked in. Our hostess will notify you when your table is ready by text message when your table becomes available. Open everyday from 5pm to 11pm.
